The self-service portal is a unified support portal for all products and services offered by the organization. It allows you to raise and track requests, find solutions, view announcements, chat with support reps, etc.

Only registered contacts with valid login credentials can access the self-service portal. Based on the organization's requirements, each product and service may have an independent interface called a portal.
