Top up, Renew or Terminate contracts

You can top up (for prepaid support plans), renew or terminate contracts from the respective contract details pageTo access it, go to the Contracts tab and then click the desired contract name. 
  • To top up a prepaid contract, click Top Up. Select the preferred top-up plan and click Top UP.

  • To renew a contract, click Renew. Make necessary changes and click Save.

  • To terminate a contract, click Terminate. Also, confirm the termination warning prompt. 



Contracts can be terminated or renewed only during the contract period.
