Survey Emails: Customizations and Translations

Based on your requirements, you can customize the email message or add translations.

 

Customization


To configure a survey email: 

    1. Go to Admin>>User Survey>>Survey Email Configuration.

    2. Select the survey type of your choice.

    3. Customize the email title and message body.

    4. Also, configure survey submission status messages using the respective fields, viz, Success Message, Failure Message, and Thank You Message.

    5. Finally, click Update.

 

Translation

 

To add translations to survey email: 

    1. Go to Admin>>User Survey>>Survey Email Configuration.

    2. Select the survey type of your choice.

    3. Click New Translation to go to translation form

    4. Now, select the target language using Select Language dropdown.

    5. Add translation in the target language in the respective fields.

    6. Finally, click Save. 

  1. Use $ sign to add variables.
  2. The email body should contain the survey link.
  3. Success Message is used to confirm the successful submission of feedback.
  4. Failure Message is used to confirm that the user has already submitted feedback.
  5. Thank you message is used to confirm the successful submission of feedback irrespective of previous user participation in the same survey.

 

View, edit, disable, or delete translations

 

Go to Admin>>User Survey>>Survey Email Configuration. Select the survey type of your choice. You can view the survey email by clicking the language of your choice, the corresponding survey email will be populated on the right-side pane. 

    1. To edit, make necessary changes and click Update.

    2. To disable, click the gear icon against the language on the left-side pane and then select Disable Language.

    3. To delete, click the gear icon against the language on the left-side pane and then select Delete Language.

You cannot delete or disable the survey email in the default language.
