Service categories allow you to classify requests. You can manage service categories under Admin>>Helpdesk Customizer>>Service Categories.
To create a service category:
1. Go to Admin>>Helpdesk Customizer>>Service Categories.
2. Click Add Service Category.
3. Provide a relevant Name and Description.
4. Finally, click Save.
View, edit, or delete service categories
You can view and manage all service categories from Admin>>Helpdesk Customizer>>Service Categories.
To edit a service category, click the name or the edit icon. Make necessary changes and click Save.
To delete a service category, select one or more service categories and click Delete.
