SupportCenter Plus allows you to create resolution templates that can be used to resolve requests of the same type. For Support Reps, this helps save time.
To create a resolution template:
1. Go to Admin>>Helpdesk Customizer>>Resolution Template.
2. Click Add New to go to the relevant form.
3. Now, provide Name and Description. You can also mark the resolution template as inactive using the Mark as Inactive checkbox.
4. Finally, click Save.
View, Edit, or Delete Resolution Template
All resolution templates are listed under the resolution template configuration page. To access it, go to Admin>> Helpdesk Customizer>>Resolution Template.
To view or edit a resolution template, click the template name or edit icon. To edit, make necessary changes and click Save.
To delete, select one or more resolution templates using the checkboxes and click Delete.
