Regenerating Bills

You can regenerate a bill and perform various actions from Billing module. 

  • To regenerate a bill, go to the Billing tab and then click Regenerate Bill against the desired bill.

  • To print a regenerated bill, click Print Preview on the top-right corner.

  • To export a regenerated bill, click the preferred file format from the Export as strip on the top-right corner.

  • To send a regenerated bill to a customer, click Send bill to customer and choose the bill format, enter the email id, subject and description then click Send. 

You can export bills to HTML, PDF, XLS, or CSV.
