Leave Types

Leave Types

You can configure leave types that can be availed by your support reps. This is useful for both administration and automations such as business rules.

To configure leave types:

    1. Go to Admin>>Users>>Leave Types.

    2. Click New Leave Type button to go to the relevant form.

    3. Provide details such as name, description, and choose a color code.

    4. Finally, click Save.

Leave types are portal specific. If you have enabled multiple portals, then leave types should be configured in each portal separately.

View, edit, or delete leave types

All leave types are listed under the leave types configuration page. To access it, go to Admin>>Users>>Leave Leave Types.

  • To view or edit details of a leave type, click leave name or edit icon. To edit, make necessary changes and click Save.

  • To delete leave types, select the leave types using the checkboxes and click Delete.
