The home page is where you land upon successful login, if the organization maintains a single portal.
If there are multiple portals, then you will land at the portal selection page. Choose the preferred portal and you will be directed to the home page of the selected portal.
At any point, you can switch between portals from the drop-down in the left panel.
On the home page, you can raise requests, search for solutions, manage your requests and view announcements.
Based on website configurations, you can access all or some of the following widgets in the home page:
My Request Summary
You can search for both requests as well as solutions using the global search option.
To search for requests, click Requests from the drop-down in the search bar and enter the request ID.
To search for solutions, click Solutions from the drop-down in the search bar and enter the search terms. You can search for solutions using the solution keywords or solution topic.
Using this widget, you can search for available request templates. Type keywords in the search field and choose the required template from the displayed list.
My Request Summary
This widget gives you a summary of the requests you have raised based on their workflow status. You can view the number of requests pending and waiting for approval.
Requests that are not assigned to a support rep are Pending Requests.
Requests that have been sent to the approvers for their action are requests Awaiting Approval.
This widget lists all the articles from the application's knowledge base. The frequently used articles appear on the top of the list.
You can also use the search box to find a particular solution.
You can view announcements from the organization here. New announcements are marked with a badge beside them.
This widget is available only when there are requests awaiting your approval.
