Before raising a ticket, you can look for existing solutions for your issues and queries.


 Searching Solutions 


To search for a solution, query the search box using the relevant keywords. A list of solutions will be displayed based on the keywords.

You can browse through all solutions based on topics by clicking Browse Solutions on the Home Page.


Here, on the left-pane a topic-tree is displayed based on which the solutions are organized. You can click the preferred topic and the list of solutions under it will be displayed on the right-pane.



To view details, click the solution title.



Apart from these methods, you can also view popular and recently added solutions from the respective sections on the Home Page.


The availability of popular and recent solutions is subject to the organization's policy.
