New customers can register themselves as contacts directly from the customer portal.  This allows them to access the self-service portal.

To register as a contact, click Login on the top-right corner.



In the login form that appears, click Register.





In the contact registration form that appears, provide contact name, email address, and phone number.


Finally, enter the captcha code and click Register. 





If approved by the organization, you will receive an email to activate your account.



Follow the link in the email to complete the registration.

Approval of registration is subject to the organization's policy.
