Logging in to the Self-Service Portal
If you are a registered contact, you can log in to the self-service portal from the customer portal. The self-service portal allows you to raise and manage your requests, browse through solutions, initiate chat, etc. To learn more, click here.
To log in to the self-service portal, click Login on the top-right corner.
In the login form that appears, enter your credentials and click Login.
You can also login using OTP sent to email, mobile, or both based on organization's configurations.
To login via OTP,
Enter your registered email/mobile number.
Click Get OTP.
Provide the OTP received on your email or phone and click Login.
