Deactivate Products

Product deactivation allows you to suspend the sales of products. This option is particularly useful to maintain a record of legacy products or when products sales are temporarily suspended due to non-availability.
 To deactivate a product:

    1. Click the Products tab and then click the desired product name.

    2. In the product details page, click Mark as Inactive button.

To reinstate a product:

    1. Click the Products tab and modify the product list view to show inactive products using the view filter.

    2.   Click the desired product name.
    3.   In the products details page, click Mark as Active button.

Product deactivation suspends only sales. You can still edit or delete inactive products.
